We issueed a drawing set for Phase 1. I continued working in the same file for Phase 2. Is there a way of creating a drawing list schedule for phase 2 without changing the phase 1 schedule?

Assign a new parameter to your sheets called phase - set this parameter in all your sheets and use it to filter your drawings in your drawing list.

BTW - Your sheets will still have to have unique numbers.
