How do we get main content sheet showing all the other sheets information like plans, scale, etc.. can any one plz tell me how to do it or guide me where to find the procedure for the same.

Do you mean like a drawing list? Go to view-->New-->Drawing list... Then add the fields you require. HTH.

you can use the drawing list schedule to control your drawing sheets, change revision, drawing names etc. etc. it is a very handy feature and saves lot's of time Smile

Thanks a lot!!!! , but what i was looking for was if can can get the list of drawing in that particalr sheet and the scale of the drawing. like for ex: in A1 sheet if i have floor paln, roof plan in differnt scale, in my main drawing list sheet is there a method were i can add sheet no A1 contains roof plan in 1:10,floor paln in 1:5 etc... looking forward for ur answer

i have added a new parameter and typed in the list of drawings contained by the paticular sheet i think this metod is workaround and wanted to know if there is any easier way. thanks

You can only schedule the scale that displays in the titleblock, so if you have multiple scales it will display "as indicated"... For these sheets your adding parameter method is probably the best bet.

You can also schedule views and with some sorting/grouping you may get what you need. Tom
