I have a site plan with 10no linked models of a bungalow, the bungalow has 3no design options and I want to set the design options for each instance on a permanent basis i.e: I do not want to have to set the design option for each instance on a view by view basis - is this possible or do I have to set it in each view? Working in '09 Cheers!

check the VG (it appears at last as a tab "design options" of each type of view, then create a template vg, from there copy the vg to the rest of the views.

Thanks, that's BRILLIANT! I never thought to use the VG settings that way - All I did was create a template called 'RVT Links Settings', un-checked all the boxes that control all the other settings & kept it to the RVT links only & can now apply it throughout - thanks a bunch NC
