hi all, 

I am using revit 2011 and made some door and windows family but as an opining only, the problem is that is show great in 3d and plans, but the problem is on elevations, an opening should show the stuff that is behind it but it doesn't, what sis i do wrong ?

Is that elevation depth deep enougth to see the items in the background?

yes, the depth is all the way to the end of the project.

If the view depth is correct, I suggest you look at reveal hidden elements because you have turned them off in VG, hidden them, or they are in another workset or phase.

In the family, Select the Opening Cut object and look at the Options Bar at the top of the drawing area. Select the checkmark box that say Transparent in - Elevation
