I have 2 recurring problems - 1 - when I try to insert a door using "load" Revit reverts to the last item I tried to insert rather than the new one I picked. I must have some setting set wrong. Same thing will happen with furniture, etc. 2 - Is there an easier way to have an alum door and window system embedded in a wall. I do some simple jobs where there are say 2 windows next to a storefront door, they all are framed in traditional 2" mullions... I just cant seem to find a download of a useable system like this. Any ideas out there ?

Curtain wall doors are different than regular Revit doors. When you load a curtain wall door, it expects to replace a curtain wall panel not get "inserted" into the wall. This is why you do not see it in the door type drop down list but rather you see the last door you inserted. See my post on AUGI in this thread for a way to use regular doors with curtain walls. http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=20647&highlight=curtain+door Tom
