i have a doble wall totalling 12" with (2) 2x4 walls, and an air space. the client would like to have the windows flush with the exterior and have the interior wall corners at the openings to be plaster radiused corners. does anyone have any thought son how to represent this

In your paticular case I would almost want to place the window in the exterior wall then create an "opening" family that has the casing looking like you want it to and place that in the interior wall and then just allign the opening and the window so in elevation it looks correct and then in section I should look like you want as should it (close) in 3D. I can not say if this would be the best way to do it, but would probably be how I would approach it.
