I am somewhat new to Revit, and could use some help. I have a large project (currently 85 sheets and growing) that I have phased between an exterior shell pkg and an interior fit up. My problem comes in that for my interior fit up (phase 2) I would like to see the section callouts from the previous phase (exterior shell). I have looked through many threads, but have found nothing. I can do a work around changing the phase of all the sections and callouts, but would rather not do that if possible. I would appreciate any input. Thanks, clemea

You can duplicate view with detailing which will give you another callout symbol - then set this new view to show what you want and hide/show your callouts accordingly.

WWWHub - I have done that, but once I change the phase of the duplicated view to phase two, I lose all callouts and section marks from phase one. What I am trying to show is phase one sections on a phase two floor plan. Any ideas?

i likewise find this interesting. Even by creating custom phase filters it seems that you still can't create a view that just shows all section cuts regardless of phase they are set to. Interested to see if someone has an answer.

my coworker says we probably will have to create another callout but select the reference other view and pick the view from the previous phase. wish there was another way to link the proportions of the two call outs.
