Hi, i could not able to show the projection of the upper level such as floor edges? I entered the view properties and there is underlay selection.Although i can select upper level here, it does not create dashed line. If anyone can show me the best way in REVIT 2011 , i will be grateful. Thanks Alper

I think you can do that in Visibility settings "VV"... overwrite the lines for that element.

thanks for your answer, actually i found the same topic in the forum (http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=7446  . someone previously asked the same question and there is also nice video explains the way. but as i understood there has not been yet easy way to show BIM element automatically with dashed lines. We have to define which lines will be overhang... so sorry about the extra topic... alper
