what should i set the properties/settings in the rendering toolbar so that the images which are produced after rendering are of high resolution so that they can be printed on a1 sheet(540mm X 890mm). the images which are generally/defualt are for very less pixels(20kb to 50kb. i want to print these images on large sheets and the pixels break . please help me out..!!!

when you are in the view that you want to render, click on the view box and up the top you will see 'size crop'. make sure that you set one of these values (width or height) to that of the a1 sheet. i would typically set the width to 841mm to print the view at a1 landscape. then in your rendering settings, make sure that you are rendering to 'print size' and not screen size. tom
