I'm attempting to place a curtain wall-storefront in a project in RA'11. I want the total system to be only 12'-0" long from one specific point to another. But, every time I attempt to do this, the wall readjusts itself so that at least one mullion edge (if not both) jumps all the way to the nearest wall join. I've adjusted every setting that I can think of, and I can't seem to stop it from doing that. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds as though you have rules for grid placement set up in your storefront glazing system. Edit its type and remove the rules for vertical grid spacing (or change them to what you need them to be), and place the grids manually where you require them. HTH.
