Hey there!I'm using Revit 2010 and I cant get my visible from the interior structural trusses to appear on the rendered image when I try to render a camera 3d view from one of the rooms.Even when I delete the in-place massed roof that was wrapping them around,it's still the blue sky I see above and nothing else;not exactly what I was aiming for.The trusses are structural families, edited to the various shapes I wanted them to be.I CAN render them from a simple 3d view from up above, but cant do from the inside.Any ideas? Please help! Thanks a lot for reading this, Kaloyan

That truss is just the skeleton geometry where you put profiles of wood, steel, etc. You have to load beams on it. Do the following: 1) load a beam type(like the RSA-Rectangular Steel Angle.rfa). Press esc button 2)create a truss, select the truss, go to properties, edit type 2) assign that type of beam to the truss... The beam is loaded into the truss, the truss is loaded into the proyect at a certain workplane (level). To create your own beams/profiling. To edit the beams on the truss, edit them first on the family menu, create new types and change the numbers, you will have fun with it. TRUSS1 TRUSS2
