I need to angle a wall in a 2 story model I am doing. is there anyway to do this, and laso place a window in that wall that is aligned with the angled wall?

In the x and y direction, you can rotate the wall easily. In the Z direction you can use other options, but no, revit doesn't allow that (not that I know of). You can make a wall from in the project using masses. These are not parametric, and probably aren't to good of an idea. You can also create a mass and host the wall on it. The windows and doors do not look good like this.

can i associae a curtainwall to a mass, i am using revit 2009. i have a sloped wall, and want to insert a storefront wall into this sloped wall i have associated to a mass

Yes you can. A curtainwall, or Storefront in this case is a wall. Simply change the type from wall 'x' to curtainwall 'y'.
