I am working on a Elementary School with roofs at all different heights.  I want to show a composite roof plan that shows all the mechanical equipment on the roof but not show any of the ductwork/piping/etc. in the spaces.  For some reason after a made a roof composite from an elevation above the roof, I can't get the lower roofs to show unless I show several feet below the bottom plane.  This in returns shows up the ductwork/etc in the spaces.

Whats the proper way to make a composite roof plan with multiple height roofs?
