I am working on enlarged scaled floor plans. When I plot to our plotter, the line weight is huge. Not all the lines in the image... Dimension lines and Column tags and centerlines. The image on my screen of the enlarged plans are thin line weight, and have the thin lines picked from the view panel.

Thin lines is a display only option. It doesn't change how it plots. Thick lines shows you how it will plot. So it sounds like you need to reset your category lineweights for the project or for the view in question.

also remember each scale has it's own set of lineweights applied to it.
