i want some of my text to be separate instances so i change some of it to be big some to be small, etc. how do i do that?

You can create as many text styles as you need and then just click on the text you want to change and set it to the new style in the properties box. Search your HELP using the word TEXT and read the topics there.

thanks. actually i usually go to the HELP first but rarely get the actual assistance that i need.
