Revit is killing me! I am drawing a basic stair with a landing and switchback. Does anyone know how to get the section to look correct? The carriage is not connecting to the landing, it is just floating in space. If Revit cannot do these simple things correctly... what is the point!

Sorry about the rant. This program just drives me crazy sometimes. I do love it sometimes Please see the attached image. If I was to show this to a contractor he would think I am incompetent.

i had the very same problem recently... with a monolithic stair. The last thing i do was copy/paste a stair that actually works ( before that i copy EVERY setting from that very same stair... getting the same error.) with varius settings already set: level height, riser and every setting from a new one. That should solve that buggy

In that section view use the "Filled Region" to clear the problem.
