Does anyone have a solution to this problem. I am working on something between two existing buildings. I am just about done when my boss asks me to print my plans in color this way.

Existing Building #1 = Blue.

Existing Building #2 = Red

New Construction = Green.

Does anyone know how This could be done?

Thanks.

Assuming its temporary drag select the building in a view and > right click> Overide Graphics in View > By element.

Change the various lines and patterns to the colour you want.

Many possible options depending on how you are working.  If the existing buildings were each a phase, you could probably handle it with that.  If they were linked in models, you could handle it through the link.  If the buildings are isolated by workset, you could isolate them in views, select them and over-ride all of the elements.

Thanks guys. I needed a quick fix. The override graphics in view worked great. But I will definatly look into the phasing when I get a chance.
