Good day everyone,

Can someone point out where I can learn more about adding Category Parameters to my Tag labels?  When I go into edit my tag, I hit edit label and there are a bunch of parameters on the left of the pop-up window.

But I created a new parameter in a family that I want to show up on the plans as I tag this modified equipment family.

You need to create the parameter as a Shared Parameter to get it to show in tags and schedules

James, that was great, thanks!

My tag looks fabulous. 

To summarize, essentially what you're doing is creating a parameter called "heater length" in a text file, then calling that parameter into an equipment family AND the intended tag as a label.   This way the tag knows to grab the parameter "heater length" which is, by now, included in the equipment's list of parameters.

Cool.  Hope that helps anyone else.
