Hi, I need to adjust camera to match my background perfectly.How to display background image while manipulating camera? Thanks

You can't. You can only show imported images. Images setup for the background will need to be trial and errored into position. This is one of my pet hates with the links between the accurender lite and revit... The whole trial and error thing is often something that has to be done....

I just discovered that you can place an image on a sheet view, then if you activate the 3d view you can manipulate it to align to your background image.
