I am wondering if anybody has any insight or advice into what to charge or what they would charge just ballpark figures, any comments would be much appreciated. Thanks, here are some details. - approx 3000 square foot new build -existing 2d drawings PDF Scope of Work - Convert entire house and lot (trees, greenhouse) into 3d model that is presentation ready - approx. 3 rendered interior views (High Quality) - approx 3 rendered exterior views (High Quality) - Present the model to home purchaser (for the Home Builder(client)) approximately 1.5 hour presentation
