Sorry - I missed your earlier post about the match line. I believe I have seen your issue before. I believe the problem is how Revit identifies an element. Usuall from the center and with matchlines, that center may be on the other side ... thus it has a problem.

Revit just doesn't like it lol.
Much like a marriage you can argue but in the end revit is always right
