I am a new Revit user. I am establishiing it in my company. I am trying to conform to the same auto cad standards we have. The text we use is a ROMAN S font. When I print it out, it is very light. How can I adjust thyis to make it darker?

Fonts in Revit are all set by truetype settings.  They are not dependent on line weights like CAD.

Thank's for the input. I talked to our Solid edge guys at my office, and they don't use ROMAN S for the same reason.

Locate the *.ttf font somewhere on the web and place that font file with all your other windows fonts and then you can use it in REVIT fron the text font drop down list in the text type properties palette. If it prints light try making it bold, if it still prints light then it's a problem with the font file.

There is a romans ttf by default as you have discovered since you are already using it.

As Daryl stated, I find most users that use the ttf version make it bold as in some cases it is almost illegible.

There is just a slight difference between the shx version utilized in CAD and that of Revit and by bolding it...kind of bridges the gap a bit.
