we have linked revit file that is no appearing in all views including 3d views. We have checked worksets is on, reloaded the file, everything we can think of. We are a step of removing link and relinking hte file. but not doing it as we are afraid of loosing the dimensions already done. Any help would be appreciated... thanks

Diud you check to see if the file is hidden in those views? Did you check VG settings in those files?

Did not check it. Will have a look @ it tomorrow. I am assuming u are talking about the light bulb. It would appear at this stage the whole file is linked through but not displaying. does this mean that it hid itself in all the views? there are lots of views for revit to go through and hide everything by itself  ( just kidding)

If it is hid, you hid it in each view by choice or by your view template settings.
