Hi, Can anyone please point me to where I can find a full list of expressions that can be used in Formula Parameters, expectially the programatic fuctions, IF, Bool etc. I checked help and the web, but cannot seem to find a complete list. Cheers

It is all listed in your HELP. Just search formula. Learn to use your HELP because it is very well done and has a lot of information. I have found that single word searches will find you what you want. If the word you used didn't get you where you wanted, think of a different term or something related.

For anyone else who finds this thread in the future: The other undocumented tip WW posted here before with regards to formulas is when you get the 'inconsistant units' error. When this happens divide the field by 1. ie: <parameter>/1 makes the parameter unitless and may get you on your way. Also use cut and paste when using formulas so there's no mistaking the nomenclature. Don't try putting in long formulas all at once. Do it piece by piece with tests inbetween just like programmers do. Use brackets to seperate functions (g + (e * (a - b/1) / (c + d)))

WWHUB - Are we using different versions of Revit??? I'm using 2011 and the search in the help is rubbish. It almost invariably comes up 'No Results Found'. I already tried searching for 'Formula' and it found nothing... I was actually trying to find out if the MOD expression exists, I'm used to using ACA where you can programme using VBA like functions for formulas and do really clever stuff - But I'm unsure if Revit can do things this complex with formulas.

Actually I have no idea what's up with the initial search on the upper right. BUT after it gives you the 'no results' type the search criteria AGAIN on the left hand side and it works. Don't ask me what the logic is. See image attached.
