I am having trouble with certain doors appearing in both the existing and new door schedules. I am using phases and if I have a door that is existing and never demoed, it is appearing in my new door schedule and in my existing door schedule. Same issue with the windows. I only want new doors to appear in the new door schedule. Any way to get rid of the existing doors in the new schedule? Thanks.

Does setting the phase of the schedule not do the job ?

. . . . actually that doesn't quite do it on it's own. Works for the existing schedule but not th new schedule as you indicate . . . . stay tunes

Got it.

Look at the Properties of the Schedule. You can set the Phase and the Phase Filters per schedule.

Remember that the Phase Filter is 'relative' to the Phase.

'Show New' in 'Existing' phase will only show the existing doors.

'Show New' in 'New Construction' phase will show the new doors.
