Hi, I'm trying to create rendered walkthroughs (4500 frames long, at 25 frames / second). This will take about 18 days to create (depending on quality) Does anyone know if a "render farm" can be created to link PC's to use more processing power, similar to 3D studio) Peter

where are you going to render? if it's Max and you have a network, you will be able to use computers on the network using BackBurner. Using Revit to render, I don't think so...

You can render a range of frames on each computer using revit... They cannot share the load per frame however.

I get around this problem by saving the file as many times as you are able to find "spare" computers, then i open up the file i called "1-300" for instance and render thoseframes, I then open the the file called "301-600" and render those etc., etc. You can then render many files at once and once rendered you can splice them back together in Movie Maker or something similar. The one thing yoiu need to be aware of is to ensure you write down ALL the settings so you can make sure all rendered files "look the same" settings wise I hope this helps, GY
