Just curious about the new interface in 2011. It seems we can no longer assign the roof pitch before drawing the lines. I used to assign the roof pitch before drawing the boundary line in 2010 (you just had to make sure the 'defines slope' tag was checked). But with the new interface I cannot seem to put it in anywhere (it now makes no difference whether the 'defines slope' is checked or not). The 'line properties' box has also been removed.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks.

I know you get the line properties box when selecting the line after it is drawn, but in 2010 you could select the line properties before it was drawn. That way you set the slope before drawing the lines, and you didn't have to come back afterward & change the slopes. Is this possible in 2011?

No, but after you create all lines to your roof just go to properties and change the slope, not need to select one by one...
