I CREATED A SECURITY CAMERA FAMILY USING THE ANNOTATION AS THE SYMBOL ON THE FLOOR PLAN. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THE OPTION TO FLIP THE OBJECT 4 WAYS INSTEAD OF JUST THE 2. I CANT ROTATE THIS OBJECT OR DETACH IT FROM THE WALL AND ROTATE, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

In family, in top menu you have a button with blue arrows (control), those arrows control in project the rotation of the family (left/right, front/back) position. I think this is what are you talking about.
