Greetings.

I am having difficulty controlling spot elevations in the 3D view, for 'top of wall' elevations.  The spot elevation reports the correct information but its orientation seems to be in the same plane as the top of the actual wall, and the curser placement is very odd.

Can anyone advise me on what setting needs to change so that I can place a spot elevation on a 'top of wall' and see its orientation the same as a spot elevation on the toposurface?
