Is it possible to preview a background image in the render window to position the model to render them together? I use Revit 2011

I'm afraid you can't But here's a thread I noticed awhile back that offers a tip/trick on how to position a render correctly. I haven't ended up trying it yet, but if you're looking for precision, and need your view to match the background image you already have, this is your tool. http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=21175
