I have loaded the chm files to the correct place (sole user not networked) but I still cannot get them to open from the help menu. When I click open the particular tutorial there is a ? mark there & all the trees open up the same with ?'s

I have closed & reopened the computer but to no avail, has anyone got any trouble shooting tips.
