I am using Revit 2010 and every time I select the big purple R in the upper left hang corner to open, save, export, etc. the entire program crashes saying there has been an unrecoverable error. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Did you install the three "Web Updates" for Revit 2010?

No, I haven't... When searching for updates I'm not sure which ones to install. Can you provide a link?

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=9273944 Upon installing your updates also check your quick access toolbar location. I know that some users were having crashing problems when attempting to push this below the ribbon.
