Hi All, How is everyone creating a doow and window schedule within a drawing sheet? I am refering to a drawing sheet set up in a traditional way ie. with the elevation of each door or window with relevent framing details. The spreadsheet type schedule revit automatically creates is great however, alot of what we do is very customised and requires a schedule drawn up in a traditional way. Refer attached cadjockey

use a legend in combination with the tabular table. The legend view contains the graphical represenation of your doors/windows.

The disadvantage of the Legend way is that you can't add tags. This way is not as straight forward as the other solution but you can assign tags, put dimentions, sections, etc. You can make a new phase like schedules. Draw a wall, put your doors and windows in. assign the new phase to them. Make a new elevation and call it Windows or Door Schedules. in View properties assign the phase to Schedule. You can also use phase filter and put it on show new to just shows the new doors and windows in this elevation.
