Hi,

I have some problems about facade wall connection. Basically they are two elements, one is basica brick wall with insulation, another one is just 100 concrete strip, but I don't know how to trim a small part from a wall (BTW, I have tried cut geometry, but it doesn't work)。Attached is the effect I would like to achieve.

Thanks

Why don't you use a simple Sweep or a Wall Sweep to create that concrete strip in that wall?

Just for the sake of resolution, the way to make cut geometry work is to create an in-place family, then a void extrusion.  Cut geometry with the wall now, before closing the family editor.
