All computers in our office have adobe acrobat professional.

When we try to print as a pdf and select combine multiple selected views/sheets into a single file, it will combine them, but it combines it as many times as we have sheets.

for example, we have 17 sheets.  When we choose "combine multiple selected views/sheets into a single file" the file combines all 17 sheets, but it creates the combined file 17 different times (just like if I was doing each page seaparately, the only difference is that it is the combined file).

thanks for any help!

Jennifer

Make sure your number of copies is set to 1.  That is not the number of sheets.

If that is not your poroblem, then there is something in your properties setup for the PDF writer.

Nasty ... doing the combined PDF out of Revit is far easier than printing each one and combining later.

I'm having the same problem in revit 2011. When i wanted to make a 12-page pdf in revit, i got 12 pdf's, all containing the same 12 pages.

The number of copies was set to 1. And i don't know if it's a  property of pdf writer. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes i get multiple pdf's without changing any properties in the pdf writer.

I'm using adobe acrobat standard

We have been using CutePDF for several years and have never had a problem.. Revit 8,9,10,11.

I would look at you printer driver.
