I have a small problem with project, I need instructions to make the concentric mullions, same image attachments.I hope everybody help, if any detailed tutorial or template file, then great.Thanks.

You don't say but are you trying to do this with a curtain wall? If so, these mullions would have to be either a seperate family or ...I would just model them in place.

There are so many family examples to start with here on RC... look at this one: http://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=2269 You can do something similar as an in-place family but I think the external family is better.
