Is there a way to add a PARAMETER to the PROJECT INFORMATION system family? Under Project Information there are a number of parameters which are linked to LABELS in the Titleblock, so that information shows on every titleblock in the project. And I would like to do another one of those Labels. So far I have tried Family (instance and type) and Shared Parameters within the Titleblock Family, and have not reached the desired result. Which is why i think the answer lies in Project Info... Thanks!

yes, the answer does lie in the Project Information. When you add the parameter to the project, select Project Information from the right hand side and it will appear in the project info dialog...also handy for getting rid of those red question marks your lables display when you bring the titleblock into the project.
