Can anyone help me blend these two roof together. I created them seperately and can not make them blend together. I want the rear side of the roof which is the side of house that is facing you to extend up to the ridge perpendicular.

"I want the rear side of the roof which is the side of house that is facing you to extend up to the ridge perpendicular." - That's the problem, now you must CUT that part of the roof, just edit the profile and draw new lines

Thanks for your help once again. Your advice was helpful. I got the forward roof to cut the shape it needs to be but the rear part I'm not sure how to edit the lines to fill in the space that was cut out of the forward roof. The lines of the rear roof go around the edges of the exterior walls not the ridge. Maybe I have drawn the roof with the wrong method, is that possible. Here is the new image of how it looks. If I should be using another method of doing roofs please let me know what it is called and any knowledge of it that I can find
