We are trying to do some basic level manipulation of walls in a floor plan view, moving, aligning, trimming, etc. Revit is getting caught up when executing the command and the "regenerating" progress bar stops at "0 %" and never progresses. We have experienced this on (2) different desktops, but both starting from the same view. The only unique setting on this view is that we have shading turned on. Anyone else seen this?

It may be that it really has not stopped. Many times, Revit will not show any progress but it is still working. And sometimes, that can be a long time. Shading and shadows are a problem, especially if you are manipulating the view ... rotating - panning. In some models, we have to turn shading and shadows off while manipulating the view.
