I'm using Revit MEP 2010. Why is it that when you put a switch on the wall that it doesn't rotate it to be readable? Yes, I know it has to pick a host and in my case I'm picking the wall but when I have a 3-way on one side and I can give it an offset it sets the label on the edge of the wall but when I put it on the otherside it won't rotate to be in the readable position? Yes, readable is checked in the family.(pic 1) Second thing is, why does it not put any of my symbols on the right rotation when placing them in a legend, plus it shows me the actual element on different pieces. I have turned it to wireframe and some go away but others are still there. (pic 2) This whole thing of trying to come up with something that works and displays the correct way is very frustrating. Any help is welcome on how to get a general legend and plan items to show up correct. Thanks
