Can anyone please explain to my why my objects that I have downloaded from revit city render grey? I know it has something to do with where the objects were created... I have attached an image of the room with grey furniture. Thankyou for your help!

It can also be noted that the bar within the first attachment is black. I believe this has something to do with revit not being able to find the materials!

"I believe this has something to do with revit not being able to find the materials!"  - No, there are several threads about this issue, if you look at the bottom of this page you will see some threads with the same questions, I believe those objects (families) are from CAD or Sketchup files, if you edit those families, in Materials you will see the name of the materials (textures) that the author gave to those elements like you can see in the image attached...

In the family, check the names of materials and the render appearence texture, then in project, go to materials and do the same...

I ticked those boxes in the family edit, it seems to do nothing... When rendering it is still grey.

In project check those "Names" in materials and see if they have the right material (texture) you want in Render Appearance...
