Can anyone help?

I have revit 2011 unstalled on and64-bit operating system and can't even get files to open.  Not even a new file.  Hangs up at around 50% everytime.  The same files are working file on our 32-bit operating systems.  Anyone got a clue why this is?

My machine is:

 Intel Xeon CPU

E5430 @ 2.66GHz (2 processors)

Ram 8.0 GB

64-bit operating system

Thanks!

Humm, did you had any problem when you install revit the first time?  i never heard nothing like that i believe, my advise: RE-INSTALL Revit.

We determinded that it was due to Arch Vision.  It's an additional software that is supposed to give you RPC at any angle and work with photoshop and revit.  So far it has never worked correctly for our office and only caused other problems with other programs.  We are not renewing.
