I currently have my room finish schedule referencing my material key schedule. It works great when I have one finish per room, however what do I do when there are multiple finishes in one room? We have tried writing See Remarks and then in remarks it would say "See finish plan" Or something along those lines. However since the materials in the room schedule reference the room finish materials key, I would have to add a line in the key schedule that says "SeeRemarks" in order for that text to appear in the Room schedule. The problem is then you have a line in the material key that reads "See Remarks" and there is no way to hide this line. Any suggestions on how to take one this issue?

Key schedules can be a problem... When you use a schedule key, the items only point to the key and none of the parameters are really assigned to the item. You have to understand that if something is assigned a key schedule it is all or nothing for those parameters in the key. But - If you don't assign the key schedule... or if it is only a partial key schedule, then those items not assigned can be altered.
