I am trying to create a revision schedule for a custom title block which has grid lines that will match our company's current titleblock.  I seem to have the formatting of the revision schedule set up properly but I would like to be able to adjust the grid lines in both directions.  The revision schedule is oriented 90 degrees and the only direction I seem to be able to adjust is vertically between horizontal grid lines (or columns).  I would also like to be able to adjust the vertical grid lines (or rows) in the horizontal direction.

It would make sense to me that the border offset would control this value (much like with regular text) but I can not figure out how to get to it.  Is the border offset for the revision schedule hardwired?  Right now the only way I can figure out how to change the horizontal distance between the vertical grid lines of the revision schedule is to change the text height which would not match our company's current standard titleblock.

I really appreciate any assistance anyone can offer regarding my issue.
