I have been experimenting with Revit Architecture 2011 but on startup keep getting the attached messages.....??I have used 2010 with no such problems and do not feel ready yet to move onto 2011 but want to move on asap.

Any bright ideas from you more experienced users on how resolve this issue??

This is a simple path problem.  Under the Revit R is the setup menu which tells Revit where to find library items including templates.  Make sure those paths are correct and that your template is where you tell Revit to look for it.
