Hi,

My want my stair railing follows with the stair slope.But I have tried the set railing host, the railing still looks horizontal.

Attched is the CAD effect I would like to achieve and my Revit problem.Is there anyone can help me out?

Chances are that the railing sketch is not on the stair.  Railings in Revit have an offset parameter to them as the stair sketch does not include the stringer.  If you place your railing sketch on the stringer, then your railing will not follow the stair slope since the stringer is not part of the stair.  Try editing the sketch of your railing and moving it to the outer edge of the stair tread.  Stairs and railings in Revit are complex and the help file may be of some assistance but in general they are not well understood by the majority of Revit users.
