Is there a way to do "word wrapping" in the schedule view the way you can in Excel? I know once you place the schedule on a sheet you can adjust the column width and the words wrap automatically; however in the schedule editing window I don't know how to do it. With long notes, it is very cumbersome to go back and forth between the view and edit window.

I don't believe there is a way to get that.  If the length of your text is longer than the screen width, you might just type it into a legend window or a word doc and cut and paste.

A "legend window"? Can you edit legends directly from the view they are pasted in?

What I was saying was to add text somewhere else and use cut/paste.  You could use any view...I prefer to use word to format text when I have something like what you are talking about.  Ctrl V will paste into your schedule.

You can edit a legend that is placed on a sheet.  Just activate the view.  You can not edit a schedule on a sheet.

Never mind. I'm confusing Legends and Schedules. The nice thing about schedules is you can split them into multiple columns to adjust to your sheet layout. For General Notes it is a very useful function.
