Is it possible to put room tag outside the room area? some simple tehnique ??? :o

YES TURN ON THE LEADER AND DRAG THE TAG OUTSIDE THE ROOM

Thanks! It works. But is it alsow possible with hidden leaders?

No, it gives you a warning (as I'm sure you've seen). I initially thought you might be able to hide the leader with linework or a filled region, but you cannot. What you CAN do is move the end of the leader as far to the edge of the room as possible, minimizing its appearance.
