Whats the best way to create the glass and window for an old church. I've uploaded the image into revit. How do I make the stained glass though? Decal? Thanks

I think the best way would be to model it as window family without glass, and just put 100% transparent material in place of glass. In some Graphic software create the "pieces" of metal between glass (Structure of window) Than us the created picture as print into the windows. This way you will get the result great and still save lots of memory with detailed struvture of window. But if you're doing it for interior design, you will need to create it because of the shadow it casts. But that you should do just in 3dsMAX where you will export it as structure model.
