I really hate dealing with stairs and ramps in Revit but it is a necessary evil I suppose.

Whenever you make a rail and center the balusters you sometimes get the last foot or two with no balasters.  So you choose the "infill" option and then specify the type of rail and spacing you wantl.  But you cant specify the height or offset or anything else, so you cant make it look like the rest of your standard balusters.  What gives, is there a work around?
